【摘要】:Dielectricwithstandvoltagetestingisusefulfordesignverification,qualitycontrolofmaterials,andworkmanship.Thistestmethodisusedtoverifythatthemembraneswitchcanoperatesafelyatitsratedvoltage,andwithstandmomentaryoverpotentialsduetoswitching,surgesandothersimilarelectricalphenomena.Specificareasoftestingare,butnotlimitedto:Conductor/dielectric/conductorcrossingpoint,Closeproximityofconductors,andAnyotherconductivesurfacesuchasshieldingormetalbackingpanel.Dielectricwithstandvoltagetestingmaybedestructiveandunitsthathavebeentestedshouldbeconsideredunreliableforfutureuse.Testingusingacvoltagemaybeusefulforswitchesintendedforcontrolcircuitspoweredbyacvoltages.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheverificationofaspecifieddielectricwithstandvoltageordielectricbreakdownvoltageofamembraneswitch.
