【摘要】:Forinflatablerestraints,practicesforconductingacceleratedagingaredesignedtodeterminetheaggravatedeffectsonafabricfromexposurestoheat,humidity,orozone,oracombinationthereof.Theseenvironmentalconditionsmayalsobecycledincombination.Thefouracceleratedagingproceduresofconcerntothedesignandmanufactureofinflatablerestraintsarereferredtoascycleaging,heataging,humidityaging,andozoneaging.Theenvironmentalconditionsdescribedinthispracticearedesignedtoallowrestraintssothatreliablecomparisonsmaybemadebetweendifferentfabricsanddifferentlaboratories.Inordertoachievepreciseandreliablephysicalpropertycomparisonsofdifferentfabrics,itisnecessarytocontrolaccuratelythehumidity,temperature,ozone,andcyclingconditionstowhichthefabricissubjected.Fabricspecimensareconfiguredinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftestmethodstobeconductedonthespecimenssubsequenttoacceleratedaging.Unlessotherwisespecifiedbyagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier,thispracticeshallconstitutetheconditions,procedures,andequipmentbywhichinflatablerestraintfabricsareconditionedandaged.Itisintendedtobeusedasaguidelineinestablishingawrittenmaterialspecification.Thespecificationoragreementofthepurchaserandthesuppliermaydeviatefromthepracticesdescribedhereinwhen(basedonexperience)considerationsoffabricproperties,materialhandlingequipment,orinflatablerestraintsystemdesigndictateotherwise.1.1Thispracticedescribestheproceduresfortheacceleratedagingofinflatablerestraintfabricswhenrequiredasapreparatorystepforothertestmethods.1.1.1InSection7,thispracticelistsfourmethodsforconductingacceleratedagingthatareofconcerntothedesignandmanufactureofinflatablerestraints.Theyareasfollows:Description
