【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifies,togetherwithEN14399-1,therequirementsforassembliesofhigh-strengthstructuralboltsandnutsofsystemHRCsuitableforpreloadedjoints,withhexagonhead(largewidthsacrossflats)orcuphead,threadsizesM12toM30andpropertyclass10.9/10.BoltandnutassembliesconformingtothispartofthisEuropeanStandardhavebeendesignedtoallowpreloadingofatleast0,7f×AsaccordingtoEN1993-1-8:2005(Eurocode3)andtoobtainductilitypredominantlybyplasticelongationofthebolt.Forthispurposethecomponentshavethefollowingcharacteristics:-nutaccordingtoEN14399-3,or-nutwithheightm=1d,-threadlengthoftheboltaccordingtoISO888.BoltandnutassembliesconformingtothispartofthisEuropeanStandardincludewasher(s)accordingtoEN14399-6ortoEN14399-5(underthenutonly).NOTEAttentionisdrawntotheimportanceofensuringthattheboltsarecorrectlyusedifasatisfactoryresultistobeobtained.ThetestmethodforsuitabilityforpreloadingisspecifiedinEN14399-2andinClause8.
