【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254,intendedtobeusedtogetherwithISO4254-1,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mountedandtrailedpower-drivensoil-workingmachinesusedinagriculture.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254dealswithsignificanthazards(aslistedinAnnexA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopower-drivensoil-workingmachinesusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicableto:-spadingmachines;-machinesfittedwitharetractabledevicemakingthemcapableofworkingbetweentwosuccessiveplantsinthesamerow.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazardsorelectromagneticcompatibility.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomovingpartsforpowertransmission,exceptforstrengthrequirementsforguardsandbarriers,nortomaintenanceorrepairscarriedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnel.NOTE1SpecificrequirementsrelatedtoroadtrafficregulationsarenottakenintoaccountinthispartofISO4254.NOTE2Vibrationsarenotregardedasasignificanthazardinthecaseofmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachines.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletopower-drivensoil-workingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.WhenrequirementsofthispartofISO4254aredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinISO4254-1,therequirementsofthispartofISO4254takeprecedenceovertherequirementsofISO4254-1.
