【摘要】:1GeneralThisstandardseries,IEC61162-400andupwards,specifiesacommunicationprotocolforuseininterconnectedmaritimesystems.Italsospecifiesaninterfacedescriptionlanguageforusetogetherwiththeprotocol,asetofrulesfortheuseofthislanguageandasetofstandardinterfacesdescribedinthelanguage.Finally,italsoprovidesatestplanandlistofrequireddocumentsforequipmentusingthisstandard.ThispartofIEC61162givesageneraloverviewofthefunctionalityoftheprotocolandprovidesdefinitionscommontotheotherfragmentsofthestandard.2ApplicationareaThisprotocolisintendedforuseonthesystemlevelofaninterconnectedmaritimenavigationandradiocommunicationsystem.Itisdesignedtointegratevariousrelativelylargefunctionalcomponents,forexampleRADAR,ECDISorconningdisplay.Assuch,itcomplementsotherprotocolsontheinstrumentlevel(IEC61162-1,IEC61162-2andIEC61162-3asreferredtoinannexB)andontheadministrativelevel(mainlyproprietaryordefactostandardprotocols).Althoughthisstandardcoversnavigationandradiocommunicationequipmentonthesystemlevel,itisnotlimitedtothat.Itcouldalsofindapplicationonlowerlevels(processlevel)andinotherapplicationareas(generalautomation).3SafetyimplicationsofusingthisprotocolThisstandarddoesnotdefineanysafetyrelatedattributesthatcanbeappliedintheverificationofthesafetypropertiesofasystemusingthisprotocol.Thesystemsafetypropertieswilldependentonmanyfactors,suchasa)theprotocolspecification(thisstandard);b)theT-profileinuse(maybespecifiedbythisstandard);c)theprotocolimplementation(dependentonmanufacturer);d)howtheprotocolisusedbyindividualcomponents(dependentonmanufacturer);e)howthesystemuses,theprotocol(dependentonmanufacturersandsystemintegrators);f)maintenanceandsupervisionofthesystem.Theseitemsareonlyexamplesanddonotconstituteacompletelist.Therelevantauthoritiesandtheclasssocietieswillprescribemoredetailedrulesfortheuseofthisprotocolinintegratedcontrolsystems.
